SCOPE OF WORK

Space planning and development of design concepts for the layout of your kitchen.

Once we have the initial design concept in place, it will be emailed to you in PDF format. Our 3D renders will give you the look and feel of the finished space.

DESIGN WORK

Design Includes:

  • Floor Plan
  • Wall Elevations
  • 4+ Photorealistic 3D Colour Renders
  • 1 Revision

Concept Pinboard of Suggested Materials & Finishes Include:

  • Proposed style & colours for the kitchen cabinets, worktop & splashback
  • Paint colours for cabinets, walls & woodwork within the kitchen
  • Recommended selection of taps, basins, appliances, handles and accessories.
  • Flooring suggestions

MEETINGS AND SITE VISITS

  • Up To 2 Hour Home Consultation to Discuss Wish Lists, Layouts, Materials, Budgets and Timeline. We Will Conduct a Site Measure to Get the Exact Dimensions of Your bathroom. We Will Use the Floor Plans If We Are Designing for A New Build
  • 1 X Zoom Meeting to Discuss Design Changes
  • 1 X Meeting at a Bathroom Suppliers
  • 1 X Meeting on Site to View Samples in The Light of The Space We Are Creating

TIMELINE

2-3 weeks from Home Consultation to Emailing the PDF presentation of the concept design

PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 23%

Full payment required before commencement of each stage

Additional Site Visits or Design Work exceeding those quoted are charged at a rate of €150 per hour
