Kitchen | Phase Three: Design Management

MEETINGS AND SITE VISITS

6 Hours of time is allocated to the Design Management Phase of the Project. They will be used to visit the site throughout the installation to monitor design intent, progress and to address issues as they arise.

TIMELINE

The time will be distributed over the timeline of installation agreed with your chosen contractors.
We request that any inquiries from the contractors are submitted to us in writing so that all questions and answers are well documented.
Please note that any change orders requested by the client via the contractor must be detailed in writing for the clients final approval.

PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 23%

Full payment required before commencement of each stage

Additional Site Visits or Design Work exceeding those quoted are charged at a rate of €150 per hour
